At the extraordinary session where the proposal was reviewed in question, where Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli has reasoned, which stressed that the Government has decided on emergency measures in electricity supplies that will be worth a maximum of 60 days.
She stressed that under the government's decision, emergency measures in energy supply include: Seting restrictions on energy supply for consumers, and setting specific obligations for energy companies.
There was debate over three hours on charges and criticism from opposition MPs for the country's energy crisis.
MPs have gone to a break until 3:30 p.m. to continue hearings on parliamentary debate over the energy crisis in Kosovo, initiated by the AAK parliamentary group.
Five international agreements are expected to be adopted in this session.
