All this postponement has occurred after the Vetevendosje Movement had complained in PZAP of irregularities, which had turned back on this party from the body.
But Totaj has not yet been certified by the CEC due to expectations that such a complaint has gone to the Supreme Court. The Supremei has shown that such a thing has not happened and the CEC can proceed with its procedures.
Outgoing Prizren Mayor Mytaher Haskuka is one of the only ones who has not congratulated his counterCandidat, Sacir Totaj, for victory in local elections. Totaj is expected to certiate as the new chairman within these days and start working in the direction of Prizren.
