This year's court hearings against Salih Mustaf, trial continues on January 18th

The 10th witness of SPS is the last for this year, while in January 2022 three more witnesses in this office are expected to be heard.
After hearing the last three witnesses, the SPS is not planning to present witnesses or other material evidence, Deputy Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoply has thus announced.
“We have witness witness W04485, who is scheduled for the week of January 17th, witness 4484 scheduled for the fourth week of January, and then last witness 4849 scheduled for the 31st of January to 4 February that will be the last witness behind whom the SPS does not expect to have additional witnesses, and we do not expect to have provative materials to be discovered for the last witness. So we will be able to submit the official announcement in line with rule 129 or the day Friday 4 February, or the maximum Monday after Friday”, she said.
The SPS case in this case is expected to end on 7 February 2022.
The next session of Salih Mustafa will be held on January 18th next year, where the protected SPS witness who holds the W04458 code will be heard.
In the trial process against Salih Mustafa so far have completed their testimony by ten SPS witnesses, all protected.
The trial has begun on 15 September 2021 and is the first in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special.
The Act against Mustafa has been confirmed on June 12, 2020, as he was arrested on September 24th last year, on a war crimes claim.
He is standing at The Hague's detention centre, while in his statement to the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
