“You announce that during the period of voting through the post that started on November 29th and closed on December 3rd, the CEC has accepted 381 alleged ballot packages, and during the evaluation process within these packages it turns out that there were 696 individualised envelopes with ballot papers. After their assessment and verification process, 647 have been approved and they will be counted here in the QNR. 49 envelopes have been rejected because they have not met the” legal criteria, he said.
