“Apexeditalization”: Organized P ETICION for the jury's dismissal in Gjilan

Sexualistic reasoning has rightly raised numerous reactions from citizens and public figures.

Finally, it is required that the court at the Gjilan Foundation Court where this shameful reasoning took place suspend and investigate each of the judges.

This is among other things the content of an unfair, sexist, prejudgmental act of the Gjilan Foundation Court against a victim of sexual and physical violence.

Dear Justice Minister Mrs. Haxhiu Albulen,

I'm Vedat Jymsiti, I'm an independent journalist, and once I read a research from the “Justice Trust” I'm overly concerned with the outcome of an act of the Constitutional Court of Gjilan, which I see as unfair and unacceptable.

So, first of all, I would like to invite you for your attention to read the findings in the following location and I want to make you aware that this disturbing situation made me feel the need to call public opinion and join me to seek an intervention of the Republic of Kosovo in this terrible injustice to the victim of sexual and physical abuse, which in my opinion, has been again abused by the institution itself that should actually serve justice and protect the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.

Honored representatives of the Republic of Kosovo, if you share our concern, please act to respect the citizens who are the foundation of this country.

We sign this petition, we demand that the Republic of Kosovo intervene in this injustice by immediately suspending the entire team responsible for this low, inhuman and unfair act.

We sign the petition, we demand that the entire team responsible for bringing this act into action should be investigated and prosecuted on the case of finding and gathering facts of the wrong decision deliberately and as such unacceptable.

We sign the petition, we think that the Republic of Kosovo should investigate the case and re-trial it as a whole and bring a fair decision to the service of justice for the victim twice violated by violators as well as by the institution of justice, in this case the Constitutional Court in Gjilan.

We signed this petition, we think that the Republic of Kosovo, in addition to bringing justice into the country, the Republic should offer mental, emotional and physical medical services to the violent victim of double health.

We signed this petition, we think that the Republic of Kosovo should financially compensate the damage done to the victim as a result of failing to offer institutions that should serve citizens with justice and not permanent violence.

We signed this petition, we think that the Republic of Kosovo should make sure that all the preliminary acts of such and such in other cases of physical or sexual violence are investigated against all victims throughout the country.

Injustice somewhere, it's injustice everywhere.
