Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu will report today to the Commission for Legislation concerning the agreement with Denmark on borrowing 300 cells.
Minister Haxhiu's report will begin at 1: 00 p.m.
“Majhet Commission for Legislation, Mandate, Imunite, the Assembly Order and oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency, reports Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu in connection with the agreement between the Ministry of Justice of Kosovo, with Denmark's Kingdom institutions”, the announcement said.
Otherwise, a letter of approval was signed Monday between officials of the two states through which they have agreed that the state of Kosovo give Denmark 300 rented cells.
Kosovo is expected to benefit 210m euros from this agreement over the next decade.
