The Kosovo Hospital Clinical and University Service for 9 months has saved over 1.5m euros in oxygen supplies. These savings were enabled by investments made at QKUK and general hospitals for installing oxygen reservoirs, enabling oxygen supplies, and removing cylinders (genus cells) that have caused much greater expenses, supply has been more difficult, especially in general hospitals that have not had oxygen liquid supplies.
In a report/analysis of liquid oxygen expenditures for the 9th month of 2021 (janar-September 2021) it turns out that only in general hospitals have some 900 thousand oxygen (stated to financial value about 400,000 Euro). If cryo-tankets had not been installed, SSKKUK would have spent about 2m euros on candy gas, so for only 9 months in general hospitals (without counting at all here KKUK) that is, over 1.5 million euros in oxygen supplies.
Also, these savings were possible, thanks to the central oxygen expansion in patients ' rooms at both the CKUK and general hospitals.
Sa SKUK has installed supply tanks with liquid oskigens in all general hospitals, while boosting capacity at QKUK.
From its capacity of 20 tons at QKUK, there are already 35 tons, while in total hospitals, there is already a capacity for supply of 55 tons of liquid oxygen.
