Four witnesses found in Gucati and Haradinaj case

The fourth witness, he's a Swedish citizen, works in the prosecutor's office specialising as an operational security officer, and he's called Daniel Moberg.
For now, the fourth Moberg witness is being interviewed by the prosecution to then proceed with the defense of the accused.
Prosecutor: What's your name?
Witness; Daniel Moberg
Prosecutor: Where do you work?
Witness: The prosecutor's office.
Prosecutor: What do you do?
Witness: Security operative.
Prosecutor: This post you had in 2020?
Witness: Yeah.
Prosecutor: Remember you went to O offices VL- KLA in Pristina, September 8,20?
Witness: Yeah.
Prosecutor: Can you tell the court why you went there?
Witness: I went with a court order to sequentise documents that were delivered to the OVL-KLA office.
Prosecutor: When you went there, what did you do with this court order?
Witness: Yes, a copy of this order was given to OVL-KLA Association Secretary as its representative
Prosecutor: You said you went in there to sequencing some documents, bodyguards?
Witness: Yeah.
Prosecutor: Do you remember what you did with those files you checked that day?
Witness: After we seized them, we took them to our office in Pristina, where colleagues started scanning and sending them to the office digitally. Then they were put in a vault, the originals were brought here to The Hague about 10 days later.
Prosecutor: How do you know where they were stored and how they were transported?
Witness: I put them in the vault of our offices and I handed them over to the prosecutor who brought them to The Hague.
Prosecutor: When you put your files in the vault the way you did?
Witness: We put them in two evidence bags.
Prosecutor: Do you know who put them in these bags?
Witness: I guess I did this myself.
Prosecutor: These evidence bags had only those documents that the secretiers in OVL offices- KLA or so.
Witness: There were also the delivery documents that the secretary and I signed to him at the time of the seizure.
Prosecutor: These bags were sealed when you put them in the safe?
Witness; I cannot say for sure they were sealed at that moment, but I know they were sealed at the time they were sent to The Hague.
Prosecutor: Do you know who sealed them?
Witness: I probably did it myself.
Former OVL-KLA leaders are accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
