Bill to ratify Amendment No. 1 of the financial agreement for IPA 2016 between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union. This amendment to the Agreement provides the continuation of the deadline for implementation of projects for financial support in the amount of 45m euros that the IPA 2016 financial agreement provides.

The bill for ratification of the agreement in the middle of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs through the Swiss Development Agency and Co-operation for the Integrated Water Resources Management Programme in Kosovo. The Swiss Government's total contribution to the programme is expected to be around 20 million Swiss francs.

The agriculture and rural development bill, which aims at creating legal frameworks for general principles related to national policies for agriculture and rural development; agricultural policy objectives and measures; planning agricultural and rural development; implementation and agricultural policy benefits, integrated agriculture measures, organic production, quality and marketing standards, and quality projects for agricultural products and food products; databases and records; monitoring and reporting in agriculture, institutional support, administrative control, insurance management and agricultural recovery measures, agricultural capacity, economic partnership and agricultural development projects in the field and agricultural policy implementation, as well as in the more advanced and more professional implementation of the EU standards, and as well known in order for the EU.

The law on strong alcoholic beverages, which sets out the rules for describing, presenting and labeling strong alcoholic beverages, and protecting geographical indicators of strong alcoholic beverages; ethic alcohol and designers used in the production of alcoholic beverages; and using legal names of strong alcoholic beverages in the presentation and labeling of non - strong food products.

The law on changing and completing the Law on Waste Management, aimed at establishing rules on waste management and measures to protect the environment and human health to promote recycling, prevention or reduction in generation and the unfavourable impact of waste, reducing impacts and improving the efficiency of resource use and improving use efficiency, which are essential for transition to a circuit economy and ensuring competition.

The government at today's meeting has approved the concept of the document establishing the mechanism for documenting crimes committed during the war in Kosovo. The document concept recommends establishing the mechanism by means of a special law.

The government has reviewed and approved the memorandum of co-operation between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania Council of Ministers for the establishment of the Intergovernmental Co-ordination Secretariat. The memorandum of co-operation recommends the establishment of the Intergovernmental Co-ordination Secretariat, with the goal of improving multi-sectoral co-operation Albania ʹ Kosovo.

The government has reviewed and adopted the decision to fulfil and change the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to appoint members of the Steering Council of the National Qualification Authority. The need to replace members of this Council is because some of the appointed ones in this council are no longer part of the institutions.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has allocated tools worth 20 thousand and 721 euros to fulfil the 2021 Government of the Republic of Kosovo's Government at the Centre for Regional Initiative for Migration, Asylum and Refugees as a member of this initiative.

The decision to abolish the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to appoint Mr. Shpend Trdeva in the position of Secretary General at the Kosovo Security Council, with the goal of restoring legitimacy. The decision to approve the direct payment method ( UN Advance) in the form of UNOPS advance, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, from current budgetary divisions, worth 5,433,497.37 euros in order to purchase medical products.

With the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers proposal, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has allocated 2.5 million for the purchase of drugs from the essential list for the needs of the Kosovo Hospital, Clinical, University Service. With the means today shared by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the total amount allocated this year to that end is over 30m euros.

Deputy Prime Minister Emilia Rexhepi has expressed concern for the process of recruiting personnel to the health service, where members of the minority communities, in multiethnic environments, have not been selected. The deputy prime minister has particularly stressed Prizren Hospital, where no members of the minority communities have been selected in these contests. The prime minister has asked the health minister's decision to review the procedures of these contests and take measures to implement legitimacy.
