Svechla: I asked the police to capture the author of this macabre crime as soon as possible

Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Svecla has reacted after the tragedy that took place in Decani, where at least three people were killed.

Svecla through a Facebook post said that after the news he received about the tragedy he immediately interrupted his visit to Albania and headed to Decani.

He said he has asked police for maximum mobilization to capture the owner of this macabre crime as soon as possible.

Such news hurts every human heart. I am deeply concerned and shocked by the criminal act that took place tonight in Glodjan, Decani.

We share with family members who have lost loved ones and pray for the healing of the wounded. I have immediately interrupted my visit and earlier activities in Albania and am on my way to Decani. In the meantime, I've been on the phone with law enforcement officials, so I haven't been able to address public opinion before. I have asked the Kosovo Police for maximum engagement and mobilization, with all units and formations necessary, so that the author of this macabre act can be arrested as soon as”.
