The sixth witness in the Mustafa trial says he met two Cala

Prosecutor Caesar Michigan has asked the protected witness who holds the 4669 code for his knowledge of BIA unit and its commander.

The Witness said that he later learned about the BIA unit after handing over the gun that another person had left at home.

He said that two weeks after the release from the facility he said to have been held in Zlace, BIA unit was in his house.

There's a couple of Zlati's army in my backyard, they've stayed, I've given them food, eaten and drink, and they told me they're going to Pristina, they said we're BIA, where they first told me who it is, and the name of that unit that I haven't day, they said it was Commander Cali. But there were two Cala, a Cal who was with me, that I knew for sure before I was a generation before me in the exercise, and I noticed there that was the end of a group exercise before us, and this Cal that I was mentioning, this one who was in my yard, he was a short-sized person as short as a fat little, 1 meter and 60 was tall, 65, doesn't fit in with this horse that I recently learned was responsible for the group there. Actually, it turns out that there were two people named Cal, I didn't even know who he is, nor did I care, but he mentioned it himself said that Cal is responsible, in fact this talk was Cal himself, but it was another Cal”, the witness said.

He said that one person from this group was introduced as Cal, who told him that BIA is another person also named Cal.

The prosecutor, in an effort to clarify the witness's statements, has continued to ask him about the BIA commander's appearance known as Cal.

I've already found out who it is, who it was, what I can describe is this one with glasses, right? I don't know who it was, I've already found out late for that reason when I found out who BIA was responsible I remember the other guy named Cal that I met, and that doesn't match him at all, that's Cal, but this is Cal. The reason, I've realized recently which person BIA was, even though he told me, that other Cali about this horse, but I didn't know I didn't care if you understand. Now taking his looks at this other looks is the difference, there's actually two Cala”, he said.

BIA commander Calin, the witness, has said he saw him once in the army barracks in the village, whose name he did not mention, and once in the KLA barracks of B Street in Pristina.

The person Cal introduced to me doesn't match the person who actually appeared now, even according to the books described, according to what I've heard that this is”, the witness added.

As long as he was asked about the period of release from the object he claims to have been held, witness 4669 said a person was released before him, while behind him there was a person forbidden in the stable.

With the person released before him, the witness said he met twice later, according to him, he has been interested in announcing in the security and justice bodies the events that happened to them in Zlata, but has said that he was not interested in such a thing because he did not trust then state institutions.

I've seen it in a few years and she asked me, twice we've met with her and twice ask me if we're going to keep telling us what happened. I told him it's not the time yet and it's not the time of the country, and he understood why. Because I told him if you report them they have all the institutions under their supervision”, the ZPS witness said.

Part of the session has followed and closed to the public, the prosecutor has concluded questions about the sixth witness, and his hearing will continue tomorrow with questions from the lawyer of the victims.

Five witnesses have been heard in the trial against Mustafa so far, all protected, whose identity has not been disclosed to the public.

The trial has begun on 15 September 2021 and is the first in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special.

The Act against Mustafa has been confirmed on June 12, 2020, as he was arrested on September 24th last year, on a war crimes claim.

He is standing at The Hague's detention centre, while in his statement to the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
