The Kosovo Court of Appeals' Department “, following reviews of all subject papers and evaluations of complaints, has found that with approval of the defenders' complaints of the N.P. and acting on official duty, the Act of Foundation Court at Ferizaj must be annulled, PKR No. July 9/20th, 2021, due to essential violations of criminal procedure provisions”, it is said in Apel's announcement.
With the Supreme Court act at Ferizaj, accused Naser Pajaziti has been found guilty of criminal acts “grave murder” and “holding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, while due to these criminal acts against the accused in question has been pronounced a life sentence.
