The Kosovo Assembly hearing is beginning to take place after a month's absence.
There are 36 points in order of day. The Kosovo Assembly has not held sessions for more than four weeks, where MPs were more engaged in local elections.
At the start of the session, Konjufca has demanded the oath of two new deputies in the Assembly.
Former Kosovo Police Commander Rashit Qalaj replaces Bedri Hamza, who has been elected chairman of Mitrovica.
And Isak Shaban replaces Fadil Nura, who has been elected head of Scytheright.
