Prizren-renowned lawyer publicly supports Sakir Totay for Mayor

Prizren's candidate for mayor, Shacir Totaj, is continuing to receive support from prominent figures throughout the city.

Recently, it is the renowned lawyer, Taulant Hodaj, from Prizren, who has publicly come out in support of Chairman Totaj.

In his post, Hodaj has said Prizren should vote for change Sunday.

“In this election for the mayor of the Prizren municipality, where I am a voter, I am also concerned with changing, changing municipal governance in Prizren for many reasons.”, Hodaj said.

Late for government change in Prizren!

As a citizen of this country, I have not hesitated to reveal my public position on many events and activities that the country has passed. I have also made the most of the times public, even the position on the case of different elections in Kosovo, whether central or local. I've been to radical changes since 2017, 2019 and 2021 at the local and central level.

In this election for the mayor of Prizren, where I am a voter, as well as for change, to change municipal governance in Prizren for many reasons. Four years ago, I was dissatisfied with the PDK's rule in Prizren's municipality, I was open to the PDK's loss in Prizren for many reasons known.

After four years, Prizren has not changed for what we believed and had been promised, rather, the governance of Haskuca in these four years had many problems, scandals, resentment, militantism, non-professinalism, failure, and no vision of Prizren's development.

Even MAPL has praised the performance of the Prizren municipality below average, ranking it 23rd from the country's municipalities. This municipality has gotten worse in general performance even in a U research report. AID, since among Kosovo municipalities, Prizren ranks 28th or only two places away from the “red zone”.

On the other hand, in recent years I had the opportunity to get to know you, to listen to Mr. Totay. A person who was well built professionally in Kosovo and America, without any relatives despite being the leader of ATK in Prizren for many years, eloquent, manageable. So I will lead the city and find professionals who will help it on this journey and lead Prizren, this city with great potential.

Therefore, in these elections for the mayor of Prizren I am to choose Mr. Totaj, for mayor of Prizren.
