Otherwise, Aleksandar Vuciq, declared yesterday that Kosovo is choosing the moment if and when it will take “to conquer the Vallaq substation and beg them not to do so.
“They will look for reasons for the rephiding of electricity in the north. They will try to use it in a moment to achieve several other political goals that do not concern energy. I pray they don't do this”, Vuciq said.
