Police seize the owner of a lab in Gjakova, handing out fake tests for COVID-19

After the interview the competent prosecutor has been notified of all the actions taken and the suspects (A. The S. issues a 48-hour ban, while for suspects (N. S) and (S.P) decide to be released in regular procedure
