Parliament violated RTK candidate selection criteria for Bord

According to the announcement, eight male candidates for four positions and eight women candidates for four other positions for members of the RTK board have been recommended.
However, under the Law for R RTK, Article 25, paragraph 6, the composition of RTK Board members must be from different fields, such as art, culture, cinematography, journalism, justice, business, management, public relations, international relations, university, media and technique.
Same sub, paragraph 6, you expect at least two members to be in finance, business management and justice.
“6. The composition of the RTK Board reflects Kosovo's multiethnic and gender character. At least two (2) members of the RTK Board are appointed by the Serbian community, and a (1) member is appointed by other non-major communities and at least two (2) female members. At least two, members of the Board will have professional qualifications in the field of financing, business management and justice.”, The Law on RTK, Article 25, paragraph 6, reports Periscope.
On the basis of the list of candidates for members of the RTK Board handed over to the Assembly neither belongs to a justice profile, which conflicts with the high law.
Referring to the RTK Law, it is clear that the Ad-Hoc Commission has not respected in the Order the law that envisions what content the Public Television Board should have.
Periscop has tried to get an answer from Commission Chairman Armend Zemaj, but so far he has not returned.
While VV deputy who was part of this commission has denied Periscope that the RTK Law was violated.

In the race for members of the Kosovo Radio Television Board is director Bekim See.
See holds the title Doctor of Arts, currently is legalist at the Faculty of Arts at éhasan Pristina University, at the same time as legalist in the UBT, senior art official in Pristina's municipality.
He has also been a professor at the Faculty of Arts at the University, the Haxhi Zeka's in Pec, and has written various articles on several Kosovo media.
Sele is the director of many films conducted in Kosovo, including the scientific-artistic documentary Kreme.
Albulen Mehmeti has been manager at the company since 2019. Hi PP Kosova.
Mehmet is a candidate for academic rank, a doctor in management management, at Cyrus and Metodi University in northern Macedonia, while holding the Master title in running international economic relations in northern Macedonia.
Mehmeti has been an administrator at the International Balkan University in Northern Macedonia, while during 2017-2019 she has maintained the position of co-ordinator at the Kosovo Institute for Social Studies.
Besnik Boletin is the next candidate aimed at the position of RTK board member.
Boletin works at the Kosovar Centre for Investigative Journal, part of the organisation Get up. He has worked as a journalist and editor in various media with a focus on research writings.
Boletin is the Master of Sociology at Pristina University, éHasan Pristina.
During his career, Boletini has won various awards, including third place for writing and best documentary from the European Union.
RTK board member Arta Berisha is currently a substitute professor at the American University in Bulgaria.
Berisha is also a correspondent for OBC TransEurope, as well as media expert. She has been working for 10 years as Top Channel correspondent in Kosovo.
She is attending doctorate studies at Leicester University in Great Britain, while finishing the Master Level at the Massiv Communication and Journalism branch.
Meanwhile, during 2014-2019 he was a professor-assist in AAB.
Driton Hetemi is the next candidate recommended by the ad-hoc commission for selecting RTK board members.
It has completed the Bachelor level in running business management and banks at Southeast European University.
He also has to perform the Middle Management Academy in Northern Macedonia, while part of other academies.
Hetemi is part of the company, eclanis Kosovaʹ as responsible for developing the business network as well as responsible for relations with the public and other institutions.
Over the years he has worked at various private financial institutions in Kosovo, at various managerial positions.
Lucky River- Qehaja is official for public communication at the Ministry of Finance.
It has completed the Master in running art in the media and communication, while it is certified in many training.
The Qehaja River during 2004 has been a secretary to analyze Pristina International Airport concession reasoning.
Ejup Goynovci, a magistrate in the Masiv Communication field, is among the three candidates with the highest estimated ad-hoc commission score.
Currently Goynovci is legalist at UBT. He has completed a specialization in Switzerland in Management and Marketing. He is co-author of the book Kosovo Access to Investment, while co-operating for a while with foreign media as analyst. Gojnovci has been a journalist and editor in some of the local media.
He was a public relations manager at the German-Kosovo Economic Oda in 2015-2017.
Jehona Ademiaj-Sejdiu is senior adviser at the Embassy of Finland in Kosovo.
Ademiaj-jejdiu has finished the Master's level in running marketing at the University of Pristina's economic faculty.
She was a senior professional press official in O The SEU in Pristina during 2000-2003. Ademij- Sejdiu has been part of different media as their journalist and monitor.
Enis Halimi, who is part of the narrow list for RTK board members, is a specialist in clinical alergology and immunology at the SHSKUK.
The doctor, who is aiming at this position, was chief executive chief of the CEC during 2013-2020.
While over the years it has been legalist in several educational institutions, such as Prizren University, Universum College, University of Pristina. Halimi during 2007-09 has held the position of director of the UPP Information Office.
Mareme Krasniqi- Sadiku is the leader of the Department of Administration and Finance at the Institute for Accounting, Audition and Finance.
It is certified as internal audiences in the private and public sector by the IKAF. While during 2007-2013, it was manager and accountant at the KAF Group JSC.
Gazmend Vitaku has been part of the public relations office at KFOR HQ since 2004, while earlier working in the British Forces of KFOR.
Vitaku is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Krajova University. Vitaku is a connoisseur of five languages, while maintaining training related to NATO.
Mihane Nartila Salihu- Bala is among the eight women recommended for members of the Kosovo Radio Television board.
It has completed the Master Level at the branch of Sociology. She has been co-ordinator of psychosocial projects for volunteers during 1997-2013. As an official for projects, she worked at the Cosana during three months in 2019.
Petit Colak, from December 2019, is an official for information at the ombudsman's office, is a candidate for the board of Kosovo Radio Television.
Colak has been part of KFOR, UNMIK, the Balkan Network of Investigative Journalism. He has completed university studies in conducting communications arts at AAB College.
And the other candidate is Safet Kabashaj, a graduate of political science at Pristina University.
Kabasaj has held the position of a communications official in the EU Office in Kosovo since 2013. He's been an editor for three years in RTK, and the editor responsible for nine years on this medium has also been part of SETTes.
Teuta Hoxha-Mora is a teacher at the Natural Gymnasium, Xhavit Ahmetiʹ in Gjilan.
She currently attends Master's studies at the University of Pristina Albanian literature branch, while having completed the Faculty of Philology at the same branch. And by 2010, Hoxha-Minna is the company's director, Hedro Tech.
And candidate Shukrije Rama is executive director of the Institute for Social Policy Development.

The two candidates from minority communities in the race for members of the RTK board are: Mihajlo Albanianovic and Nelica Veljkovic.
Mihajlo Shqipanovic, a graduate of Skopje-based North Macedonia.
He was head of the minister's cabinet at the Ministry of Agriculture in the 1920s-2019.
MP in the 2007-2011 Kosovo Assembly.
