NPB raises criminal rowing against Lieburn Ali: Dozens of Evidence for Abuse of Official Duty

Local Public Company [ The NPB has announced that today they have handed over to the Special Prosecutor's Office criminal speculation against Libburn Aliu, Minister of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure.

“NPB remains convinced that Mr. Aliu through his actions has beyond doubt exceeded his competencies and has thus already caused enormous damage to the economic and property interests of NPB”, the report says.

The statement points out that “in this ten-page criminal row of dozens of other pages of evidence, The NPB has argued how and how legislation was violated in force by Mr. Aliu as such has consumed the same criminal work “Use of official position or authority” provided with Article 414 of the Republic of Kosovo's 87x3>.

“The NPB stands firm to create its own financial and human capacities so that in the near future it will be an important factor of building in the city with the sole aim of providing affordable housing for many families who today stand exempt from real estate market offers”.
