He said the bodies are completely burned and their identification is difficult, but they will do it with DNA with their families.
Grubi said four buses have been launched for Turkey, but the only one without a license was the bus that was burned and for lack of this license he says there may have been corrupt elements that were allowed to cross three borders.
I don't want to speculate, but maybe today's tragedy is also about corrupt elements. How could a bus that is not part of the company's official license cross three borders -- that of North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey -- but also return? Have not police and customs checked whether in Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey or about any other issue? I don't want to speculate at the moment, and we have to wait for the” investigation.
Grubi said the prosecution has been involved in the investigation until it announced that they have established dialogue with Bulgarian authorities to find the causes leading up to the tragedy.
The deputy prime minister said that at today's government meeting, they have been arguing about what led to tragedy and that they have authorised a detailed investigation for this.
