Miftaraj comments on the document Periscopi discovered: Dozens of Millions of dollars straight into the trash basket

The executive director of the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD), Ehat Miftaraj, has reacted following Periscope government reporting that Kurti is trying to politicise civilian staff through changing the Law for public officials. Miftaraj has said that if this Law is passed in the Assembly then it will lose millions of euros that the European Union has invested (BE) in building public administration.
If this sub exists and remains in the Law for Public Officials, in the best scenario, it would be reform strikes in public administration, destruction of what has been built in 2011. Dozens of millions of euros funded by the EU, directly and in baskets of rork. This doesn't make any sense, this approach doesn't make any sense!

Otherwise the Periscope was absolutely reported which the government of Kosovo is working on changing the Law for Public Officials, at which Article 41 points 1 says leaders in middle and low leadership are made with mandates and appointments, with current law these positions are career positions and indefinitely.
“Civil servants in a middle and low-level management position, after completing the competition and selection procedure, are appointed for a four-year term of four (4) years with the right to continue only for another mandate of the same length. The appointment is made by the unit responsible.”, says Article 41, Article 1, of the Law for Public Officials, which Periscope provided.
