We as a family did not expect this decision to be made because there were enough facts against the defendants. All justice can refute facts, but how can they reject the fact that we have the case of the defendant's daughter who revolted and argued with her in the presence of the police. Honestly, we've been expecting any accomplices to be revealed or the reason Naser has made him do this”, Pajasitaj said.

He said as a family they're tired of courting, so they don't even know what to do next.

And we as Donya's family have been tired of six years now, we don't even know how to act or what to do anymore, but we'll leave the prosecution. She knows the procedures, how to proceed. Now let's see where the prosecution's conscience is”, Pajasitaj said.

In the announcement of the Appeals Court, it is also known that Naser Pajasitaj will continue to remain in custody until another decision is made for him by the first-degree court.
