Kosovo's invitation at the White House Democracy Summit: Latif mentions two reasons

Kosovo's failure at the White House Democracy Summit has brought much dust to our country given traditionally good relations with the United States of America, and especially with current President Joe Biden. Professor Blerim Latifi has given his opinion on why this happened. By means of a scripture on [...]
Using a text on his Facebook profile, Professor Latifi has indicated that this could be linked to the failure of the Kurti Government to implement the Washington Agreement reached 4 September by the past Avdullah Hoti government.
He also mentions the American gas project as another reason for not buying our country.
We remember that Prime Minister Kurti, even before becoming prime minister publicly, had declared that he would not respect the Washington Agreement, Pryscopi submits.
We often resemble that child who, having his father's full love, can't imagine that one day he can be punished for the fights he makes from time to time. Latif.
We remember that Kurti Government, however, has established the Kosovo Embassy in Jerusalem, recognising policies widely considered unacceptable and occupational of the state of Israel. This point came exactly from Washington's agreement.
Full status:
Red-coloured countries show unstopped countries at the Washington Democracy Summit. Among them are Kosovo, along with Serbia, Bosnia and Hungary. Why?
Admittedly, Serbia's lack of invitation relates to the destructive role the Vuciki government is playing in the region, but also to the fact that Serbia's conversion to a state that affirms Russian interests in the Balkans. Also, under Vucinqiqi, Serbia daily and more is taking on the traits of an authoritarian regime where, like Russia, the ruling party always wins the elections.
The lack of invitation for Bosnia is due to the recent crisis in this country, following the combat call of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, who has actually turned into a mass of Putin in the Balkans and is working openly at the minimation of the Dayton Agreement, which was and continues to remain an American investment.
The absence of an invitation to Hungary certainly has to do with the fact that Hungary's slide from liberal democracy to liberal democracy, as a result of Prime Minister Viktor Orban's authoritarian style.
And Kosovo? Why wasn't she invited?
Not for reasons related to the democratic system, but for the government's doubts about the implementation of the Washington Agreement, September 2020, and the American gas pipeline project.
