The teenager, who was only 17 years old at the time, took an AR-15 rifle and joined a group of armed men in Kenosha on 25 August 2020. There, Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, who was following him. When the crowd rushed, Rittenhouse also killed Anthony Hoober, who hit him with “kateboard”.
Guyge Groskreutz, who was armed with a gun, also injured.
