Before the court has testified, Ivanovic's former associate, SPS deputy chairman Ksenja Bozovic.

Responding to the prosecutor's questions, Burim Cerkni, she gave her version of the tragic case.

However, Bozovic did not recognise any of the accused who were present at the court hearing.

She provided details for the critical moment, until she added that Ivanovic has consistently expressed concern for his and his family's security.

“20 minutes have not secured the location where he was killed, the citizens there have already passed. From the first evidence from the scene of the first day I spoke today after four years, the investigation has not been done properly. Doubt exists in all the evidence we've got. On January 16, 2018 a.m. 8:15, the secretary called me on the phone, which had no bell. Then he called my husband's phone and told him Oliver fell in front of the office. I've gone too fast, since I live nearby, and when I got an ambulance, he was already headed to the hospital. Police officers stayed in the office, and my questions about what happened answered that Oliver had a heart attack. First time I believed, but when I saw the shells before, I was clear. That's where I asked the police what these shells are, the uninterested one looked at them and told me these shells were old and rusty. Then I called to the hospital and got the information that Oliver was fired with the”, she said.

The same was addressed by criticism for the Kosovo Police, which they called unprofessional in response to certain events following the death of the former Serbian politician.

After Ivanovic's death, many have praised him with flowers. The same days after they were burned, I called the police to see him. They haven't seen it yet. They just told me we'd buy more flowers. We lit candles next to Oliver's plate after a month, and after an hour no one was there. Even this case was presented to the police, but in the same case it was non-professional”, she said.
