Former Kosovo Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani has said the decisions coming out of this justice institution are supposed to be applicable.
This standard “has the majority of constitutional courts in Europe. We too are in that system that is supposed to have judicial and constitutional culture”, Hasani has indicated.
Hasan in Info Magazine has said that if the Constitutional decisions do not find implementation then the cases remain to be sent to the Court of Arbitrazhi.
“Agreements such as those for the Association of Serbian municipalities are international and constitutional obligations. If they are not implemented, pressure can be made and cannot be made to arbitration”.
