He also said he has been treated with full contempt by the prosecution, and that recent weeks have shown his greatest fears have been realized.
“The prosecution doesn't deserve me to be present here and make her the figurative decorator. I decided to come here and tell the truth. I've been here 14 months where there's no evidence to support the ridiculous accusations I'm facing.”.

During his speech, he also mentioned the tribunal's co-operation with Milovan Drescu, the man known as Milosevic's most trusted. He also said they wanted to co-operate with the former police commander in Gjakova, who has led them to murder and rape.
“A tip for you, the independent association of Serbian journalists, has indicted Drescu for war crimes, for fraud of opinion in Serbia and for distorting facts about the Recak massacre. While this is honored and the SPS admitted not by chance to co-ordinator, and that's not strange to me.”, Haradinaj, who at the end demanded that this issue be closed as soon as it is closed.
