On Friday, the latest conference on the performance of the issue against Thaci and others was held.
This session was accompanied by fierce accusations against the prosecution.
It was the defence of Hashim Thaci, lawyer Gregory Kehoe, who indicated that among the witnesses who have been listed to issue a special statement to former KLA leaders, there is also a dead person.
And after this defense statement, the prosecution is being viewed as inconsiderate in Thaci's case.
This is said by the special attorney Artan Kerkin, who adds that all of this can easily be verified.
The Dala War Organizations say they are not surprised by what is happening at special hearings.
Faton Klink from this organisation says the prosecution's goal is to extend sessions.
Meanwhile, Spicilised Chambers for T7 say, they can't answer if on the Special Witness list, there are dead people.
According to this Office, however, the possibility of accepting evidence from those who have died is anticipated.
Even the rules of Procedure and Evidence mention the evidence of those who are not available.
Otherwise, by December 17th of this year is the time when the Specialised Prosecutor's Office must hand over the preliminary file in the case of former KLA leaders Hashim Thaci, Rexhep Selimi, Kadri Veselin and Jakup Krasniqi.
