French prosecutors have launched investigations into raping a female military woman from a colleague at a party in July.

President Emmanuel Macron's military member staff had been raped by another security military after a farewell party at the Élysée presidential palace in July.

The alleged sexual assault occurred after the farewell holiday for a French general and two other military officers, attended by President Macro, writes the local daily Libération, which reported the first charges.

The newspaper reported that the festive reception began at the Élysée palace, where Macron gave a short word and left about 2200 hours ago.

Some of the participants left Élysée to settle in the state of the president's personal military staff at Rue de lÉlysee, located near the site. It's supposed to be sexual assault on the military woman.

According to Libération, even the assailant was a victim, both of whom worked in high - security offices at the Élysée palace where deliacte or high secret issues are handled.

The newspaper reports that the woman after the attack was headed immediately to the nearest police station and had denounced the event that night.

But the military accused of the attack has only been questioned as a non-ex0 assisting witness” by prosecutors, which means he must still be questioned until formal charges are filed, judicial sources told the AFP network.

Asked for comments, a president's spokesman said today that “or verify claims would immediately be taken by “the accused person had been transferred immediately from the Élysée building”.

The official told the media that Macro's office is awaiting court investigations to make further decisions.
