Duraku has stressed that if their demands are not met, nurses will take action that will be anybody's favour.
And so as not to repeat the story with the law to come, we ask that we give social dialogue opportunity, while ignoring and alienating nurses from processes like last time, challenging consistency and determination in our legitimate and reasonable request, we consider that it would not be wise, while arrogance called in numbers with the intention of minimizing the impact and the importance of our communities would have consequences that no one would undoubtedly go in favour of<1x>, he wrote, Perisko.

LE True, the Union of Infermies of Kosovo is one of the organizations that have complained to the ombudsman, a complaint which has been accepted as based in view of our community's discrimination in relation to other communities which, despite the functionality, position and office, despite identical accrediting points with the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation, had a fundamental difference in the categorying of salaries. The cost of living expenses, the general state of the labour market, working hours, competition and productivity are some of the factors we consider to be taken into account in the case of setting up the wage cofficient. Who better reason for the Kosovo Nurse Union's request for co-efficiency and dignified wages than nurses who, with their work, engagement and sacrifice to self-esteem, served the country and citizens with honor? And so as not to repeat the story with the law to come, we demand that we give social dialogue opportunity, while ignoring and alienating nurses from processes like last time, challenging consistency and commitment to our legitimate and reasonable request, we consider it not to be wise, while arrogance called in numbers aimed at minimizing the impact and importance of our communities would have consequences that would obviously not go in favour of anyone.
