DnV: In the second half of the day, less enthusiasm to vote than in the first round

Fushe Kosova, Obilqi, Rahoveci, Vushtrria and Mamusha are among the municipalities that compared to the appearance of voters in the first round have marked the biggest decline. Significant increases in the voting trend, compared to the first round, are marked in June, Podujevo and Entrance.
Same trend of disrespect against protective measures COVID 19 has continued during the second part of the day, both on the electoral staff and on the citizens.
As voters' appearances increase, so have the cases where the same have faced difficulties finding the name on the Voters' List. This phenomenon is reported to about 35% of the locations, with up to 10 reported cases on each of them.
As far as the assistance vote is concerned, the trend has continued to grow exponentially since morning hours, causing the phenomenon to be expressed at almost each place. In fact, up to 50 cases of assistance voting have been recorded in over 30% of the polling.
DnV monitors have reported on two cases of frequent polling stations from experts of political subjects, and in the municipality of Gjakova and Podujevo.
