The 14 November runoff in the capital will be quite interesting between the VV and LDK.
Neither Arben Vitita nor Progress Rama São have announced any coalition nor any agreement for support with parties specifically with PDK, AAK and AKR.
However, Mitrovica race winner Bedri Hamza a few days ago in Pressing has declared that the PDK can help the LDK in Pristina if the LDK helps PDK in Prizren.
“Pristina with Prizren. I believe it's in the interest of the PDK to have agreements with it in order to be part of the government and executive for Pristina”, Hamza had declared.
The Express newspaper has sent questions to the PDK's address about whether they will support any of the candidates but to publishing the text has been answered.
Neither has LDK candidate Progress Rama responded to talks with any party for support in the runoff.
Gjakova is the next municipality to have a run-off, which will face AAK's Ardian Gjini and VV's Mimoza Kusari.
Mimoza Kusari-Lila, VV candidate for Gjakova chairman, told Gazeta that there is nothing concrete about talks with other parties for support.
There's nothing to talk to. The SDK and LDK, but we haven't concreteized anything. We have come to the phase of discussing coalitions which remained to be treated”, she said.
Candidate of P The SDK for Gjakova chairman Ferdinand Kolaj, who is ranked third in the third round, said they still have decided which candidate they will support.
“not yet set. There's nothing new in this direction”, Kolay said in an answer to Express.
The interesting race will also be in Prizren between the Mitaher Haskuka of VV and the PDK's Schiqir Totaj.
The third vote party in the October 17th elections in this municipality has emerged from the LDK and its candidate Anton Quinn.
The paper has contracted Quinn to ask which candidate they will support in Prizren, but the same has indicated they have not yet decided on the issue.
And nothing concrete. When there is something concrete we make public the” position, the LDK deputy has said.
In Gjilan, there will be <x0f fight” for every vote between Lutfi Haziri and Alban Hysen taking into account the narrow difference between them.
Gjilan Mayor Lutfi Haziri has said he will have a coalition with the citizen, however, some parties have decided to back the latter in the runoff.
AAK branch in Gjilan through a supportive statement has made a decision to support Lutfi Haziri for mayor of Gjilan in the second round.
The civic movement “Vatra” is listed alongside Haziri in the 14 November runoff. Haziri in the runoff will also support the new Kosovo branch Alliance in Gjilan.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo in Gjilan São has yet to announce which candidate they will support in the runoff. But, former Gjilan leader Qajel Mustafa has publicly come out in support of Alban Hysen of Vetevendosje for chairman of Gjilan and has at the same time called for the PDK in this city to reject any co-operation with the LDK.
In a run-off with the PDK, the LVV will also be in Shtime. Kemal Ali of the VV will face the current Shtime Chairman, Naim Ishmael. Neither in this municipality has any published nor signed co-operation agreement between the parties for the runoff.
