At Bijaca School in Croatia, Albanian language is first studied

Asked whether other schoolchildren in Castela will be able to take part in learning the Albanian language, dealt with by saying there is no interest at the moment from other school students, which does not mean they will remain. The new co-operation was enthusiastically welcomed, especially by the chairman of the Split-Dalmaci Albanian Community of District, Milayim ʼukaj, who believes that even in Split classes for Albanian language learning will be formed because there is interest in children.

This is a truly historic event for us because for the first time children are able to learn their native language, not forget it, and renew culture and tradition.
