The clouds that have included the countries were extremely pronounced on the coastal town, forcing local authorities to change the programme for celebrations.
In particular, the Independence Square featured a festive concert that was canceled because of the flooding of much of the surrounding roads.
As a result, almost the entire city is blocked. Currently almost impassable are the axis known as the “Albano of Romina”, the independence lag, the university's axis, the Vlora-Skel Avenue, part of the neighborhood 28 November and Squela's rotation. /A2/
