Austria is one of the countries this Monday has been put in complete lockdown due to cases with COVID and why many citizens have protested such a decision.
Starting in the middle of the night, Austrians have been asked to work from home, and non-substantial shops have been closed.
Austria became the first European country to vaccinate against COVIDD a legal requirement, law that will enter into force in February.
This is the 4th time the Austrian state has been in total deadlock since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
