Arben Vitit's right-wing sister is employed at QKUK (Dok)

Zahie Uka Raci figures among the two candidates admitted to the logo position in a Clinical and University Hospital Service ( Sa SHOW).

It was declared the candidate with the most successful outcome of 39 people who applied in the competition.

According to final results, Uka-Raci collected 82.6 points from writing and interviewing testing.

Uka-Raci is Sister Sami Uka, who was former Health Minister Arben Vitita's political adviser.

The newspaper Insider has sent questions to SSKKU to see if the employment of Zahidé Uka has been influenced by her brother's proximity to power, but that the same to the publication of the text has not returned.

Zahie Uka has recently worked as a nurse at a Family Medicine Centre in Pristina, managed to be admitted as logos at QKUK, writes Insander.

According to a complaint secured by the Insander newspaper, the family connection of Zahide Uka and Sami Uka has raised doubts about nepotism in her employment in the competition for logos in the ShSCUK competition.

“From what is clearly seen in this competition there have been substantial violations and suspicions of manipulation because the 13-day tests have remained in the commission chairman's office. It's still questionable when people are invited for the interview, whose name has been coveted before the competition opened.”, says the complaint provided by Insander newspaper.

Insisting, the experience of work on Zahie Uka-Raci is said to be unknown

In complaints, state claims for “nepotistic impacts” and other procedural and legal violations in the development of the contest.

“I appeal to the KKUK's legal office to take into account these violations and to turn the case into an initial and monitoring of this competition to be made according to legal criteria, without nepotistic and meritive effects”, it is said in a complaint filed today to the SSKKUK Legal Office.

In addition to Uka's sister, a complaint has been rejected by the other candidate, Blacke Halili.

According to this complaint, Halili is allegedly licensed as logo before the deadline.

“Blenda Halili” which graduated with a 1704.2021 date without even being made six months from the stage (practice) time it was licensed before the deadline. The written employment test on which the license was requested was held by 06.10,2021. Given the second candidate's graduation date, it hints that Halili has no clinical work experience except kept practices which are mandatory”, it says in complaint.

This complaint is also expected to be submitted to the Court.

Ruling party link to Kosovo's Logoped Institute

Marija Kozmaqi, Kosovo Institute for Logopedi co-ordinator and manager, is seen close enough with the ruling party, Vetevendosje.

Its institute in the many organisation it has maintained is supported by Vetevendosje deputies.

Starting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Svecla, Minister of Culture Rrestable and Sports Hajrullah Ceku, Minister of Industry, Trade and Trade Roseta Hajdari, MPs Ardiana Matosi, Albanian Selimi, Vennis Lahuhu, Labinot Demi-Murezi.

Kozmaqi is also a major supporter of Vetevendosje, it is strongly supporting the Vetevendosje Movement campaign in Pristina and the candidacy of Arben Viti.
