The American Embassy with another call to its citizens: Avoid countries in crowds, risk of possible terror attack in Kosovo

The American Embassy in Kosovo in a November 22nd report has warned its citizens about possible terrorist attacks on Kosovo territory. In notification distributed on page Tore.stat. gov, it is suggested to American citizens to review their reports in northern Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zubin Potok and Zvecan due to the possibilities for unrest.
A lead in the Embassy's announcement is said to be that terrorists can attack at shopping malls, hotels, clubs, restaurants, etc.
“terrorist groups continue plotting possible attacks in the Balkan region, including Kosovo. Terrorists may attack with little or no warning, targeting resorts, transportation centres, markets/market centres, local government facilities, hotels, clubs, restaurants, places of worship, parks, major sports and cultural events, educational institutions, airports and other public areas” are said to be reporting.
