Several foreign embassies in Kosovo have sent an internal email to their staff to ward off large commercial crowds and centres in Kosovo's cities, as there is danger of an attack.
In this e-mail that Albanian Post has seen, it is said to refer to “a single attacker”.
The possible time for the eventual attack has been set for this month, exactly November 30th.
The e-mail also reportedly is that local police are monitoring the suspect.
To be sure, all staff members are advised not to visit large commercial areas, especially shopping centres.
Albanian Post sources within the police have also confirmed that a boost of forces around these centres have been asked, with the attack eventually planned, but that an organised operational operation has not been granted.
The largest police in number are currently doing monitoring and surveillance to secure the perimeter around these centers.
The attack, as Albanian Post teaches, has been classified as “possible terrorist attack”.
Officially, however, Kosovo Police have not confirmed anything.
Contacted by the AP, Police spokesperson for the Pristina Region, Agron Borovci, has stated that for such information the central office should be contacted, but police spokesman, Bucky Kelani, has not responded to media calls.
