According to the AAK, the purpose of this table, which will be held at 11: 00 p.m., is to discuss the urgent need to pass the law on wages in the public sector, to respond to the needs and requirements of the sector's vulnerable categories following price hikes and not economic stability.
And so, The AAK announces that participants at the table, besides deputies, will also be union representatives and NGOs.
Otherwise, after approval by the Assembly of Kosovo in 2019, the Constitutional Court had declared the Law on Salaries in the Invalid Public Sector, since it was incompatible with 11 provisions of the highest judicial act in the country.
