In the criminal consignment which he provided “Justice Trust”, The AAK is claiming that Kusari-Lila has misused official duty while at the helm of the Gjakova municipality.
According to the criminal statement, with the decision of March 25, 2014, the Gjakova Community Assembly had made a decision to declare public interest in private properties for the benefit of the Gjakova municipality, for the implementation of the circle project, at the crossroads of the “Tirana” and “Skenderbeu”, in the parcels listed on behalf of the Bakija family, reports “Justice bet“.
In addition, Kusari-Lila, being in the quality of the Gjakova municipality, has reached agreement with the Bakija family, even though not in written form, but that on the basis of documentation, such a thing is confirmed, so compromise has been reached for the shift in the siege, with which considerable space in favour of the Bakija family has been added, respectively, to the area of 930 square meters.
Confirming this proposal in question, according to the former president has confirmed it even through the official request of June 17, 2015, to the Ministry of Infrastructure, former minister Lutfi Zharku, respectively.
These actions, according to the AAK, were deliberately made contrary to the Urban Regulatory Plan Oriz 1/8, under which greenery is found in a part of this location.
In their view, she has taken these actions to her heart, thus avoiding or bypassing the adoption of this change through required procedures.
According to the criminal statement, Kusari-Lila, being in the quality of the official person has exploited duty or official authority and overstepped its competencies, disrespecting the approved road project and circle, and not shifting it.
Also, according to criminal conglomerate, it has acted contrary to the regulatory plan in force, under which the small remnant of the Bakija family property had been primed for greenery and, as such, expropriate, not increasing this area by creating sufficient space for building the collective object for the benefit of the Bakija family, without the approval of the Municipal Assembly in Gjakova and thus causing damage to the Gjakova municipality.
The AAK has proposed to the prosecution that the case be taken into custody for the investigation.
Otherwise, in terms of this criminal statement, “Justice Trust” has tried to contact Mimoza Kusari-Lila, but the same has not been accessible. /Betimy for Justice
