He has blamed the embarrassing result that his party received lack of votes from the diaspora, until it spares insults for the opinion parties.

He reasons this by saying the old regime [as] easily captures the economy of Kosovo families.
Hoxha forgets that central power in general has its own party, Vetevendosje, which used a series of state instruments to increase the vote in municipalities.

As soon as it leaves the vote, the old regime raises its head in Kosovo. Because the Proto regime easily seizes the Kosovo family economy, especially in the municipality. But I can't get my sleeve vote. The exile is free, so its vote is fair. Right voting ensures right power. The seized vote ensures only captured power.
