Out of 54 per cent of the votes counted so far, 48.41 per cent have voted for PDK candidate Mehmet Ballzadin.
Rufki Suma as an independent candidate has managed to get 43.54 per cent so far, Periscopi has passed.
The VV candidate appears to have won only 215 votes, or 8.06 percent.
