A UBO contracting” poll which is funded by a political party for the race in Pristina says Arben Vitita leads the capital by 49.6%, while Ismaili Bridge is second with 21.6%. Meanwhile, when the votes of respondents are collected that have not shown their preference for candidates, then Vitita gets 51.9%. Always according to the survey whether to run the run-off, Ismaili is the most prominent candidate as the second choice; by 21.7%.
The race for Pristina has turned into the most dramatic, because the result is not easily to be predictable. There are three candidates whose ranking is made different, in many of the polls and predictions.
And in a survey the company conducted “UBO contracting” this week, for a political party, 49.6 percent of respondents have responded that they would vote Arben Year for Pristina chairman. 21.6 per cent of them have said they would vote on PDK candidate Ismaili Bridge. LDK candidate Progress Rama is third on the list of respondents' selection.
3.5 percent of respondents have said that they are still indecisive, while one percent of them refuse to show their choice.
Daut Haradinaj, meanwhile, appears at 3.8 percent. 1 per cent have chosen AKR candidate Guzim Mehmeti.

If only the votes of those declared are counted, Vitia appears at 51.9 percent, Ismaili by 22.6 percent, and Rama by 20 percent.

What candidate for Pristina would be the second choice of those who have claimed who would vote?
44.6 percent of respondents say they have no second choice, while 21.7 percent have second choice Ismaili Bridge. 11.0 percent rank Rama as their second choice, and 10.2 percent of the year.

Those surveyed have praised the annual programme as the best for Pristina, though it has accused the LDK of stealing part of its plans for the capital. The second best, respondents have considered the PDK's Ismaili programme. The third, Rama's ranks.

Citizens have also been asked questions about which public position Arben the Year wants. 35.2 of the respondents have responded that they want him in the position of the minister of health, where he was until a few days ago when he resigned. 40.9 percent of them love the head of the capital, whereas 23.9 percent would give the Year no position.

74.6 percent of respondents are from cities, while 25.4 are from rural areas.
Local elections in Kosovo are held this Sunday, October 17th. The runoff is held in a month.
Pristina has been led to the last two mandates by VV candidate Shpend Ahmeti. Halfway through his second term, he left Albin Kurti's party, and the VV rushed against him.
The current VV candidate, Arben Vitita, has been director of health during Ahmeti's leadership, and then, when the VV won the general election, was appointed minister of health.
Even Uran Ismaili has been minister of health, asampis in the Pristina municipality and last MP, which he handed over after running for mayor of the municipality.
The LDK's Rama progress is an architect without a political past. To compete for Pristina chairman, he has come from London, where he lives and works.
Daut Haradinaj vies from the AAK. He was an MP on several warrants. Joy Mehmet of the AKR has been director of Infrastructure during the rule of Shpend Ahmeti. There are two other candidates: Avni Cakmaku of the Word, which appears at 0.3 percent, and Florim Isufi of the Ballist Party, dating 0. /Gazza Express/
