Even today, court hearings in Specialised Chambers in The Hague will continue against former heads of the KLA War Veterans Organisation Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj. For the fourth consecutive day SPS witness Zenka Pumper will continue to be heard in Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
During the day of yesterday, the defence attorney has presented to the witness several articles published in the Kosovo media, in which they name people, some of them Serbs. During the hearing, the defence attorney has asked the investigator about the resignation of the former specialised deputy prosecutor and whether OVL offices should be kept under surveillance- The KLA after 7 September, in order to prevent the flow of other documents.
By order of the court, the parts where names related to possible witnesses or witnesses should not be public.
ZPS Witness Zenka Pumper has responded to the defence of Hysni Gucati, lawyer Jonathan Elusan Rees, where many of the questions have been rejected by the procuratory Valeria Bolic.
Zenka Pumper has said that the decision to keep an eye on OVL office- The KLA has been of the specialised prosecutor and his deputy.
Your Honourary “, you asked yesterday to find out the answers to the two questions you had and yesterday told me that general co-ordination and management of this investigation was conducted by the specialised prosecutor and the specialised deputy prosecutor, and by this information I guess the decision to decide the offices under surveillance would have been made by them. But it's not like I was specifically told”, the Pumper witness said.

Former OVL-KLA leaders are accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina since they were even held at The Hague detention centre.
