The session today will begin at 09:30 and is expected to continue until 4: 00 p.m.
At yesterday's hearing against them witnessed the first witness, Zenka Pumper, who is an investigator under the Special Prosecution Office.
She said that in documents published by Haradinaj and Gucati, who were sent to their offices by “rrugja”, there was information about special witnesses.
Former OVL-KLA leaders are accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina, and have been held at The Hague's Pre-trial Centre ever since.
