The chairman of the Vushtrri municipality, the LDK mayoral candidate in the October 17th elections, Xhafer Tahiri through a Facebook status has indicated that on October 17th I will make history where for the first time in Vushtrri history will win without a run-off.
Tahiri is leading the first prominently towards other candidates in all measurements and polls on the Vushtrri municipality.
As well as all analysts are naming Tahiri as the winner of the October 17th elections in the Vushtrri municipality.
