At the end of the verdict, the judge had argued the low sentence pronounced against the P.K, given the extenuating circumstances that he had been correct, had expressed regret, had admitted guilt, during the act he had suffered no injuries, was not condemned before, there was no other procedure against him, he was 21 years old, had been immature, had children, and that by the time the criminal work was committed, nearly 10 years have passed.
