Salih Mustafa's trial closed to the public, tomorrow the hearing of the fourth witness ends

The Specialised Chambers in The Hague have continued to hear today the fourth witness in the Specialised Prosecutor's Office in the case where former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa is being tried.
The hearing has continued with the questions of Mustafa's defence attorney and additional prosecution questions, parts that have continued closed to the public.
At the end of the hearing of the fourth witness will continue tomorrow, when the interrogation is expected to end.
The broadcast of the session has had technical problems that even made it impossible to follow the first parts.
The fourth SPS witness, who holds the W03594 code, has begun to be heard on October 12th and has declared that from two persons wearing masks has been sent to a storage facility in Zlata where, according to him, he received inhuman treatment.
The trial against Salih Mustafa has begun on September 15, 2021, and four witnesses of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office have been heard so far.
This is the first judgment to have started in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special.
The Act against him was confirmed on June 12, 2020, while he was arrested on September 24th last year, on a war crimes claim.
In presenting himself to the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
