Periscope had been entitled “Book Abazi criticises Kurt and leaves the VV?” an article on October 3rd that came suddenly from Abaz Facebook account. In that reaction, Abazi criticised Albin Kurti's rule and demanded that VV in Albania function as political party or NGO.
But by a comment on our page, Ahaz had tried to deny the news in question.
However, what Ahaz says now confirms Periscop's reporting and even goes even further.
Ahaz has resigned since 15 September from his post.
He says he has been discussing with Albin at Vetevendosje headquarters for everything yesterday.
We invite our readers to stay with Periscop on our site because here we discuss but everything.
Full status:
We spent Sunday with Albin at the V Movement headquarters I'm sorry. We followed the prosperity of the local election process through Kosovo municipalities and discussed over the future of Kosovo and Albania, the need for reforms in institutions and the economy, social and nationwide progress that does not exclude any citizens, different organisational issues of our Movement, to geopolitical reports in the world.
On September 15th, I have submitted my irrevocable resignation from the position of executive director of the Movement Centre in Albania, which I had discussed even after elections at the Centre Board, to shoulder my responsibilities for the results in Albania. I have been waiting to make this public because of the situation in northern Kosovo and the first round of local elections. The next steps in Albania are continuing discussions.
Meanwhile in Kosovo, from third place in the 2017 local elections, V Now it's first with the popular vote in Kosovo-level municipalities. Challenges are not small before 12 runoffs after four weeks, but we are hopeful and engaged as rarely before. The future is for the Movement, the Albanians.
