Under the Law for General Elections, the Supreme Court makes its decision in the 72-hour term, following the submission of the complaint.

“Can appeal decision PZAP, as the PZAP can review any of the decisions made, following the presentation of new facts from the interested side. The complaint at the Supreme Court of Kosovo could be presented within twenty-four (24) hours of the PZAP decision being made, in case the fine involved is higher than five thousand (5,000) Euro or if the issue touches a fundamental right. The Supreme Court decides between 70 and 72 (72) hours after submitting an appeal to”, it becomes known in the Law.

The PDK has filed its complaint within the legal deadline. The Kosovo Democratic Party's legal adviser Faton Fetay has confirmed this.

Otherwise, the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parashtera has annulled the votes for the chairman of Elez's Khan municipality.

According to PZAP, the elections have been cancelled due to the election integrity minimisation as a result of pressure and organisation aimed at profiting and supporting voters.

The complaint at PZAP has been made by the current chairman of Elez Khan, Rufki Suma, who had claimed that according to observers of his independent subject, the candidate for chairman from the PDK ranks, Mehmet Ballage, and the candidates for the municipal assembly of this subject had visited all seats in Han of Elez and several other locations by meeting citizens and asking them to vote in the number of 177 candidates for the municipality.
