From Brussels, they are waiting for Kosovo to find any modalities to implement the Association Agreement of Serb majority municipalities.
Philips draws a parallel between the Serb situation in Kosovo and the Albanian minority in Serbia.
“Action is too much. Kosovo's constitution envisions a series of measures in the protection and promotion of minorities, which are also protected by Ahtisaari's principles. The deal Mr Thaci had made for Asociation was bad since the beginning of”, Phillips declared. RTV Dukagjin.
“If Kosovo moves ahead with the Association Agreement, to which it is binding, it should be made in symmetry with treatment Serbia made to the Albanian minority in Presevo”.
Philips says the Association would create large divisions north of the country and undermine the country's sovereignty.
